One fee, whatever the size, up to 7m × 3m

Power
- 16A: £30 + VAT each, up to three
- 32A: £60 + VAT each, up to two
One type only. Limited, and only if booked in advance.
Paperwork
- Public, product and employers' liability insurance, and a risk assessment for your stall at the event.
- Food traders: the council you're registered with, and a hygiene rating of 4 or 5.
- Cooking on gas: a gas safety certificate from an engineer registered for mobile catering.
- Electrical items over a year old: a PAT certificate (receipts will do for newer ones).
- Food traders: Level 2 food safety training or above.
Everything is in the terms of trading. You don't need to send documents now: once you're accepted, we'll ask for them before your first day.
