£40 a market
Per 3x3m unit. Larger pitches: price on application.
Bring your own gazebo
There's nothing to hire. Your gazebo must be properly weighted: no weights, no trading.
Paperwork
- Public liability insurance of at least £1 million, and a risk assessment.
- Food traders: the council you're registered with, and a hygiene rating of 4 or 5.
- Cooking on gas: a gas safety certificate from an engineer registered for mobile catering.
- Electrical items over a year old: a PAT certificate.
Everything is in the terms of trading. You don't need to send documents now: once you're accepted, we'll ask for them before your first day.
